I'd have to agree with Dicko below, customer service is definitely not this mob's strong suit. Had a problem with a Toro mower that I bought in another state and they we’re pretty much unwilling to service it for me. I ended up ordering the parts from overseas and doing the work myself. There are other dealers/shops in town so I’d recommend you try them first.

Called in to see if I could get some replacement parts for a 25 year old lawnmower and a whipper snipper, the man that served me was most helpful and took the time to try and track down the parts for me, using a few different resources. Most appreciated for his time and effort, thanks.
